How do I clear out my Browser's Cache?
Last Updated 5 months ago

Cause
Sometimes, your Internet browser will start doing some weird things. Pages won't load, changes won't save, sites you could get to before can't be loaded, etc. This is likely due to something that has been cached (your browser saved a local copy).

Solution
On Google Chrome:
  1. Click on the Three Dots in the top right corner
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click Show Advanced Settings
  4. Under Privacy, click Clear Browsing Data
    1. Choose From the Beginning of Time
    2. Make sure to check Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files
    3. Make sure to uncheck Passwords, Autofill Form Data, and Hosted App Data
  5. Click Clear Browsing Data
On Mozilla Firefox:
  1. Press Alt-T together
  2. Click on Options
  3. Click on Privacy in the left navigation bar
  4. Under History, click on clear your recent history
    1. Choose Everything under Time range to clear
    2. Make sure to check Browsing & Download History, Cookies, and Cache
    3. Make sure to uncheck Forms & Search History
